Here it is, the eve of 2015! I have wanted for so long to start a blog that would reflect the thoughts that keep bouncing around in my head, but I always thought that why do that when no one would be interested in reading it, I mean what a waste of time! But as you can tell, I have finally decided to just do it! Maybe not so much for others to read, but for me to reflect. I have thought many times of the fear of rejection, but looking back now, I realize that I have always taken personal risks and survived pretty well...why stop now! Let me end this first post with something that inspires me. As a librarian, it is easy to equate most of my life with books and reading. The love of reading was instilled in me very early when my mother read books to me and my sisters every night before bed. The sound of her voice was so soothing, and the images so real, that I could drift away somewhere and begin to dream of wonderful places! But that is not wher...
